In an article in the Western Times - Exeter on Friday 3 November 1939. There is an account of an inquest into Nellie's niece Jean Ashley Blackmore. Nellie's address is 8 Belmont Avenue, Ilfracombe. There is a similar article in the Exeter & Plymouth Gazette of 3 November 1939
Unmarried and living at 8 Belmont Avenue in Ilfracombe in 1945 (electoral roll). Was almost certainly the informant for the death of her father, although the certificate appears to say "F G Blackmore, daughter". See also the notice of Samuel's death in the Ilfracombe Chronicle.
