From baptism of sons George and James
The only marriage I could find was in Northam in 1746 to Christian Neal. There was also a baptism of a John, son of John and Christian, in Northam the same year. No other Blackmore children baptised there, but later ones were baptised at Ashreigney. It has to be assumed, at present, that the entries all relate to the same John and Christian.

Somewhat surprising entries!
BLACKMORE Christian 28.12.1779 wife of John
BLACKMORE Christian 28.02.1782 wife of John
This is probably explained by there being a marriage in Northam of John Blackmer to Christian Gwin on 10 Nov 1777. But which burial is which? Probably the earlier one as there is a baptism of William, son of John and Christian Blackmore on 9 June 1780. Too late to be the child of our John, so likely to be the one who married in 1777. If so, then she was still alive in 1780 and couldn't have died in 1779. Therefore the 1779 burial is likely to be "our" Christian.
