This needs corrected...
Richard Wilton b. 1482, appeared in 1525 on the Kings (Henry XIII), war tax(arms census) of England, with his son Richard...meaning thier wealth was taxed together... Richard Jr. must have been at least 16yrs old in 1525, making his birth, before 1509...
So, Richard Wilton B. 1482 married before 1509 (he would be abt 27 yrs old) and died, at a unknown date.
His son Richard, b. before 1509 married Jun 15,1537 at St. Teath, and died 1589 at Roche.
All this information is in the book..John simply skipped a generation.
