General Notes:
This person was originally thought to be the daughter of Humphrey Abel Potter (based on early information about half sister Frances Maud Emily), but it seemed certain later that she was the daughter of Jemima and her first husband (see comments below). Now it transpires she was born two years after the death of Edward Costin, so new doubts over who her father was! One likely person was Humphrey Potter, but he describes her as "step daughter" in 1871. Her baptism in 1862 states she was the daughter of Theodore Clastorf!

From my source My husbands Grandmother was a Francis Maud Emily Potter born 1878 in Stepney/ Whitchapel she was not registered at birth because her parents did not want her to have any of the vacinations. her father was Humphrey Abel Potter born 1852 in London , I have not found out her Mothers single name because the info I found just said Mrs Humphrey Abel Potter so I do not know if this is a connection to you. I know Francis had a sister, Francis married a Charles Hudson Davis and they lived in Leyton , London E.10
Sister's name given as Julia on Genesconnected
I have spoken to my Mother-in-law and she said they did not see her Grandfather so she does not know anything about him, she said that she had a photo of her Grandmother and will look it out. Her Mother had a sister called Julia Potter her Married name was Green , they lived in Balmoral Road Leyton at one time and she had a Daughter called May. If she remembers more I will let you know.
Julia married Alfred GREEN, son of Alfred GREEN and Catherine, on 15 May 1881 in Whitechapel, Stepney, London, England.1 (Alfred GREEN was born circa 1859 in Whitechapel, Stepney, London, England.)
