There is no birth registration for "Reginald G", but there is one for "George Henry". If they both existed they would be twins. There is no further sign of "Reginald G", including a death registration. I suspect that they are one and the same person. At the time of the 1891 census, when he was 6 days old, it seems as though the parents were going to call him Frederick George, but then changed their minds and registered him as George Henry.
